I'd just been about to give up on Pilates home workouts entirely, since most of them are plain boring and don't really work any other body part but the abs. I don't even know why I finally ordered this one, but now I'm glad I did.

The workout consists of five parts - those short on time can do only a couple, but I don't think that'll be useful, so go ahead, do all five and you'll feel it!
